As an attorney working on the asbestos docket for Williams Kherkher Hart & Boundas, I have the honor of working directly with victims of mesothelioma and their families. 

Mesothelioma victims welcome me into their homes and share intimate details of their incredible pain and suffering.  It takes such courage and strength for these victims of mesothelioma just to tell their stories.  The physical pain and suffering these victims endure is just part of the story; they also have to watch their families suffer helplessly. 

These mesothelioma victims tell me about their exposures to asbestos.  And then they all tell me how no one ever warned them of the deathly hazards associated with asbestos exposure.  Consistently, all they want is to obtain justice against these companies who knew of these deathly hazards of asbestos and failed to pass on such crucial information to the workers who were just doing their jobs to put food on the table for their families. 

I feel proud to be able to represent mesothelioma victims and their families.  It is incredibly satisfying to give these mesothelioma victims’ families a little peace of mind to know that their loved ones’ pain, suffering and even death were not for nothing.  Bringing these defendants to justice and hopefully preventing other families from suffering the same unnecessary fate is at least a small piece of satisfaction I can give, as an attorney, to mesothelioma victims and their families.
