Potential Prison Term for Falsifying Asbestos Statements

California Firm Fined for Asbestos Violations

CT EL Centro, LLC, a firm located in El Centro, California, was recently fined $9,027.00 for failure to follow procedure when demolishing a local building. Specifically, the demolition action violated the National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants regulations.

EPA Searches for a Safer Asbestos Removal Solution

San Francisco Area Trio Pays $170,000.00 in Fines for Clean Air Act Violations

Sincere Construction:  $1,500.00
