Recent Study Finds an Increased Risk for Mesothelioma in Shipyard Workers

Dana Corp. Agrees to Settle Asbestos Lawsuits

In an effort to allegedly avoid any further costs related to litigation, Dana Corp., an auto parts supplier based out of Toledo, Ohio, has agreed to settle 7,500 asbestos claims for $2 million dollars. A hearing date on the settlement is tentatively scheduled for November 15.

$250,000 Appropriation Unanimously Approved for Mesothelioma Research

Dana to Settle 7,500 Asbestos Claims

Dana Corp., an Ohio-based automobile parts manufacturing group, announced in a Manhattan U.S. Bankruptcy Court that it has reached a settlement deal with 7,500 claimants.
