Ohio-based mining company Cleveland-Cliffs, inc. has decided to join a University of Minnesota $5.5 million study of mesothelioma in miners and stop their own study.
The partnership for Minnesota’s study now includes a mining company, unions, taconite companies, and the University of Minnesota School of Public Health.
The study will include lake-bottom samples, air quality samples, health examinations, and mineral analysis.
If you or someone you know has been diagnosed with mesothelioma, contact the Mesothelioma Lawsuit Attorneys of Williams Kherkher at 1-866-950-9000 to discuss your legal options and to schedule a free initial consultation.
