A total of 64 corporations have been named as defendants in a lawsuit filed by the estate of a Wyoming man who died of mesothelioma last year. The estate of Clive Yarber claims that asbestos exposure resulted in his death, and that the defendant corporations were negligent in causing the exposure. The lawsuit also accuses the defendants of negligently destroying evidence and impairing the plaintiff’s ability to seek compensation.
The suit seeks at least $250,000 in damages.
