May 23rd, 2008 · No Comments

Mrs. Sharon Rosenberg filed a case against Alpha Wire Company in New York City for causing the wrongful death of her husband Joel from mesothelioma. Mr. Rosenberg died at the age of 64 years.

Mr. Rosenberg developed mesothelioma as a result of working as an electrician. He spent his entire working life as an electrician in New York with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 3. While on the job he was exposed to asbestos and asbestos dust from the products of Alpha Wire.

Mr. Rosenberg developed mesothelioma after he retired from the job. When the diagnosis was made he was living in New Jersey. Mr. Rosenberg’s workplace asbestos exposure occurred while working in the electrician trade in work sites in New York. Exposure developed from a variety of worksites including the Arthur Kill Powerhouse in Staten Island, the World Trade Center, Kennedy Airport and Rockefeller Center.

On December 17, 2007, a jury awarded $3 million for Mr. Rosenberg’s pain and suffering and $1 million to Mrs. Rosenberg for emotional loss. To learn more, contact the Mesothelioma Lawsuit Attorneys at Williams Kherkher at 1.800.220.9341.
