Mesothelioma Lawyer

A married couple, Vincent and Antoinette Scriptunas, have recently filed a mesothelioma lawsuit, claiming that Vincent developed mesothelioma as a direct result of the exposure to asbestos fibers that he endured for many decades while at work. Eighty five companies have been named in the suit.

Mr. Scriptunas primarily worked for Union Carbide in South Charleston from the years of 1951 to 1988. During his time with the company, he claims that he was repeatedly exposed to asbestos, causing him to develop mesothelioma over time.

The lawsuit claims that the 85 companies are responsible for Mr. Scriptunas’ illness due to their failure to adequately warn him of the possible dangers associated with the many products he came in contact with on a daily basis.

The Scriptunas are suing for lost services and companionship, as well as suffering, anguish, medical expenses, and lost wages.
